All content on our sites is provided for educational purposes. NUBX and NUBX‑Y tokens are not currently available for public sale. Nothing herein constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any securities or financial instruments.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with applicable laws, including anti‑money laundering and sanctions laws. We may request identity verification and may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to provide accurate information or violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code are owned by Nubia Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use our services for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose; to violate or infringe upon intellectual property rights; to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems; to engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations; or to scrape or harvest data without consent.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disown all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of our services or participation in NUBX or NUBX‑Y. Our aggregate liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nubia Technologies Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate access to our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Delaware or through arbitration where mutually agreed.
